Our tribute to the Italian Dolce Vita. This wheat ale is fermented with a Belgian Saison yeast and a subtle dry-hopping. She's unfiltered and bottle refermented. Soft and profound, delicate and complex, rounded and fruity, hiding a slightly spicy character: nella Grande Bellezza c’è tutta l’eleganza di una nobil donna romana in una bottiglia da 33cl.
